Terms of use
Last updated: March 2026
These terms govern your use of our website and form part of the framework for B2B orders. Commercial terms for specific orders may be set out in quotations, order confirmations, or separate agreements.
Acceptance
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may change these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, specifications, and imagery on the site are for general information. Binding specifications, availability, and pricing are confirmed in writing for each order.
Sample orders are subject to the checkout flow and any applicable platform terms (e.g. payment provider).
Pricing and payment
Prices for bulk and custom orders are quoted separately. Taxes, duties, and shipping may be additional unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms (advance, net terms, letters of credit, etc.) are agreed per contract and customer profile.
Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates unless fixed in writing. Risk and title generally pass according to the agreed Incoterms® rule.
You are responsible for import licences, customs clearance, and compliance with local regulations unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Warranties and liability
We aim to supply products that conform to agreed specifications and applicable food-safety requirements. Any warranty is limited to what is stated in the product agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is capped as agreed in the relevant contract or, if none, to the value of the affected goods.
Governing law and disputes
Unless a written contract states otherwise, disputes may be subject to the courts and law of the jurisdiction stated in your agreement with us.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us before placing an order.
