How samples work

Validate quality before a bulk purchase. Order fruit powder (and related) samples online, we prepare and document the lot, then ship to your lab or plant — primarily with DHL Express.
Choose products and weights
Open the powder hub or any product page and add samples to your cart. Each line can be sized for R&D (typical range from 100 g up to a few kilograms per product, within the cart total limit).
Need a custom blend or larger trial? Message us on the contact page and we will quote separately.
Checkout with delivery & logistics
Enter company contact details and your delivery address. At checkout, select DHL as your preferred carrier when you want Express door-to-door service.
If you already have a DHL account, add the account number so freight can be billed to you. Otherwise we arrange shipping and confirm the quote before the parcel leaves.
We confirm and prepare
Our team reviews your request, checks stock, and prepares the samples from the agreed lines. Where relevant we align on specs, COA availability, and labelling for your destination country.
You receive confirmation of contents, approximate dispatch window, and shipping terms (your DHL account or our arranged service).
Pack for international Express
Samples are packed for air Express: sealed inner packs, protective outer carton, and clear marking for food-ingredient samples. Documents typically include commercial invoice / packing list as required for DHL clearance.
Temperature-sensitive lines are packed according to the product’s needs and the service available on your lane.
Ship with DHL
We hand over to DHL Express for pickup from Turkey and door-to-door delivery to your address. You receive the tracking number so procurement and QA can follow transit and customs status.
Transit times depend on destination and customs; DHL Express is usually the fastest door-to-door option for R&D samples.
Evaluate, then scale to bulk
Test in your process. If the sample matches your targets, we move to commercial lots with the same specification discipline, certifications, and export documentation.
Questions during evaluation? Reply to your sample confirmation or contact sales — we stay with you after the parcel arrives.
Why we ship samples with DHL
DHL Express is our primary courier for sample parcels: global coverage, door-to-door tracking, and clear options to use your own account or ours.
- Preferred carrier at checkout: select DHL and optionally enter your DHL account number for collect billing.
- We prepare export paperwork so DHL can clear and deliver to your plant or R&D site.
- You get a tracking number as soon as the shipment is booked.
- Other carriers (FedEx, UPS, TNT) remain available if your logistics policy requires them.
Sample limits & tips
Online sample carts follow weight limits per line and per order so Express parcels stay practical for R&D. Exact limits are shown in the sample order flow.
Always provide a complete company address and a contact phone for DHL delivery. Import duties or VAT in your country are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
