Shipping & export
Last updated: March 2026
We supply food-industry customers worldwide. The following overview helps you plan logistics; exact terms are always confirmed per quotation and contract.
Global reach
We regularly export to Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas, and other regions, subject to product registration and import rules in the destination country.
Tell us your port or delivery point early so we can advise on routing and documentation.
Incoterms® and documentation
We work with standard Incoterms® (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP) as agreed. Typical documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, and product-specific certificates (organic, Kosher, Halal, etc.) where applicable.
You are responsible for import compliance unless our contract states otherwise.
Lead times
Lead times depend on product, lot size, season, and production schedule. Many standard lines ship within a few weeks of confirmed order and payment; customised packs or new blends may take longer.
We communicate realistic windows at quotation stage.
Packaging
We offer formats suitable for industrial use: drums, bags, bins, and other export-grade packaging. Specifications (net weight, liner, pallet pattern) are agreed per order.
Packaging is designed to protect product integrity in cold chain or ambient supply chains as agreed.
Inspection and claims
Inspect shipments promptly on arrival. Report quantity or visible damage to the carrier immediately and notify us in writing within the period stated in your contract (or, if none, within seven days of delivery).
Quality claims must include batch references, photos where relevant, and retention of samples for investigation.
Powder samples & cold-chain shipping
For R&D sample orders, we partner with FedEx to ship in temperature-controlled freezer containers so powders can reach your lab worldwide with cold-chain integrity. Cut-offs, transit times, and any accessorial charges follow the carrier’s service in your destination country; we confirm packaging, labelling, and routing when your sample order is processed.
Full production and bulk shipments may use other forwarders, modes, and Incoterms® as set out in your quotation or contract.
