Quality assurance
Last updated: March 2026
Consistent quality is central to our relationship with food, beverage, and nutrition manufacturers. This page summarises our approach; detailed COAs and specs are provided per product and lot.
Quality policy
We maintain processes aligned with recognised food-safety and quality standards. Our goal is to deliver ingredients that meet agreed specifications and regulatory expectations in target markets.
Laboratory testing
Products are tested according to risk-based plans: microbiology, physicochemical parameters, contaminants where relevant, and identity checks.
Test methods follow recognised standards or validated in-house procedures.
Certifications and traceability
We hold and maintain certifications such as ISO, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, and Good Agricultural Practice, as shown on our site and certificates.
We maintain traceability from raw material through processing to shipment to support recalls and customer audits.
Specifications and COAs
Each product has a specification sheet (moisture, brix, particle size, microbiological limits, etc.). A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued per batch or as agreed.
Customers should validate suitability for their formulation and label claims.
Non-conformities
If you believe a lot does not meet the agreed specification, contact us immediately with batch code, COA reference, and details. We investigate root cause and agree corrective actions, which may include replacement or credit subject to contract terms.
We welcome customer audits and questionnaires by arrangement.
